Volunteering for All
Volunteering for All is a funded by the Scottish Government’s Volunteering Support Fund that is managed by the Voluntary Action Fund.
The key objectives of the project are :
- Increasing the existing diversity of CSRECs volunteer pool, especially to include those who experience disadvantage or would traditionally experience barriers to volunteering.
- Improving opportunities for skills and personal development through volunteering across the region. We are particularly keen to recruit volunteers from both Stirling districts and Clackmannanshire.
- Improving CSREC’s capacity to support, train and deploy volunteers.
- Enhancing the services CSREC deliver to better meet the needs of the communities we serve
Volunteering has proven benefits to health and wellbeing. It also can help realise career and personal potential. It is important to the ethos of CSREC that this opportunity is open to as many people as possible and that volunteers kind enough to donate their time to us are drawn from the same richness of diversity of our communities.
